What can yo tell me on the Protoform DNA 200mm body, does it work well on the MTX4?

I had an okay experience with it. For me it pushed in high speed corners and over steered in low speed corners. The body was very stable though. I'm sure I could get it to work but I didn't really try too hard. 3.1 still feels the best but I haven't tried the new East Civic yet.

Have you started doing some drift racing AS?

Has anyone heard any rumors of when Mugen plans to release a new upgrade (or model) of the MTX-4R (to hopefully address moving to a smaller clutch system and a better drive ratio)?

no drifting, actually is power sliding ( for expert only ) j/k

I think I should try again 24T pulley...... The last time I use 24T, I felt understeering in S corners. Oh well, now I'm confused again...... I need re testing with 24T in actual race someday.

Hello,
I currently own an MTX-3. I was wondering what is the difference between the MTX-4 and the MTX-4R. Is there certain parts that could just be added to the MTX-4 to m ake it a 4R? Or are there other changes to the design of the car?

thank you,

thank you,

things that I can remember is
front lower arm
front steering hub
rear camber link stay
Universals all around.....

You can add all this to the MTX4, It's the same basic car with some option parts put in the R version.

Thanks for the information. So the 4R is like what they did to the MTX-3 by making a ProSpec edition. Does anyone else out there know of anything else that may be diffrent on the car?
Also, any chance is there a hint of when mugen may be releasing a new model??

thank you,

I'm not sure but the R might actually also have the 4mm chasis. I personally run the 3mm chasis and a few others prefer it....

The 4R comes with the 3mm chassis. It also comes with the multi front one-way and rubber belts.
