but if i were mugen, i probably wait until X brand to launch a new one after it imitates K and S brand first, then launch its own "MTX5", otherwise, there will be another me too N.......T........

S9451 is the servo case....not a servo.

I like the BLS451 but do you think the brushless makes much of a difference?

S9451 is a servo. It is a good servo as well. Probably the best value servos in their lineup. The S9452 is basically the same, just weighs less.

Oh I see.....

S9451 servo is discontinued ( being replaced by S9452 now ), perhaps that's why you get the casing picture from Tower.

Anyway, no big deal.

hello guys,
I am new to 1/10 onroad and I am in the proccess of building my MTX4R
I have a building question.
A guy at my local track told me to make sure that the 2 speed shaft has a 2mm side play on the rear bulk head, otherwise I will strip the gears.
is this true?
Do you guys have any building tips?

Yes, a small amount of side play on the 2-speed shaft is what I do as well. 2 mm seems a bit too much, I give it about half a mm.

What I also do, is to put the car together, put the top deck on it, WITHOUT electronics and tank and put the car into the stove at 80C for an hour. Then I let the car cool down in the switched off oven without touching it until it's back to room temperature. After that everything moves amazingly free.

This takes the tension out of the plastic part and improves the fit of everything.
