if u haven't why not try out these> 30k fr and 30k rear diff..i've been using this setup the entire year (2-3 different track) with minor adjustment to other setup..and making good runs too..(the only mtx4r in most races)..in addition the only car with the biggest flywheel compare to others

below r setup that i rarely touch..
fr/rear diff oil 30k
front rol center add 1.5-2mm shim
rear rol centre mid
track width 199 fr..200 rear
camber front 1.5-2deg , toe out 1 -1.5mm
rear camber 3-4 deg , toe in 2.5-3 deg
i use similar shore tyres fr/rear

i always play with droop, ride height and anti roll bar too fine tune.
i usually start out with fr 1 and 4 rear droop..at the rear i like to use wire type 2.1mm

Centax clutches can be fitted on standard threaded crankshaft using this type of clutch nut.

But the problem is most engines comes with threaded crankshafts have side exhaust, and this would may never fit the MTX4.

The thread size are the same on all .12, .15, .18, .21 and other big block engines (from surface to aircraft nitro engines) with threaded crankshafts.
And even the thread on sg type crankshaft are the same. They also fit the same size collet too (except small block picco engine).

Did you bought your engine new or used? Are the threaded crankshaft cut too short? Please post pic of your sirio engine.

Yup bought it used and did not know it had the short shaft
I bought the pilot you posted but it is for a .15 kyosho engine hence it is too big for the sirio shaft
I think this was used for a nitro TC3 or RC10
I still am looking for the right part I don't want to give up on this Sirio motor
Will try to post pics
Thanks

Outdated car, outdated engine, untested setup.
Ready to race the Airtronics GP.

This car is still a strong contender. I see you have already done the flexi things and the spurstripping solution. Car looks good with the lowered servo and all. Have fun.

I would remove the second exhaust spring though, it will transfer heat to the carb because they are touching. Better to put 2 short springs with a piece of metal wire in between maybe.
