Default Brake Pads

What's the difference in braking characteristic between the black, yellow and blue pads?

Anyone try the carbon fiber disk brake? If it works any better then the thin metal one, that'll be awesome, as i just acquired one

How can you tell the physical diffference between the to-138 and to138b front uprights? What lower a-arms must be used with each. I have a bunch of front uprights just not sure which one's they are???

Pass you soon...

This is my findings...

Black pads - can create fade in long mains
Yellow pads - good for drag braking, made of teflon.
Blue pads - a tad like those AP brake pads but not so. Used first in the mugen buggies. So far best pads from mugen. minimum fade.

Erm what carbon fiber disk brake? Made from who? I like those from Rony and Capricon but they cost alot.

I am looking at the brakes pads offer from KM Racing. Any feedbacks?

if you put them side by side, your will notice that the part of the arms where the steering links connects is lower than the other.
From top to bottom ....

T0-138
T0-138B
T0-138 2deg

Hope i explain it correctly..

If you don't have them side to side the newer 2deg hub is chamfer up near the top pivot ball like a 1/8 hub. I'll post a pic soon.

Either way, as quietstorm76 said, anything is better then the thin metal crap, so I just swapped it out, and it does make a difference.
I'll have to wait to see how it performs on the track

I placed them all side by side and part that attatches to the steering linkage are all at the same height. I'm pretty sure the to-164(2 degreee) will look totally different. I just need to see the difference between the 138 and 138b front uprights. thanks for the info any other info will be appreciated.
