use IDM EFRA 2617 for large high speed tracks to give more mid and top end power, or Picco EFRA 2607 which is the best pipe for all the other tracks that you will race at!!!

It comes complete, so long as you have a good gasket on the motor, you shouldn't need anything else.

Hey Tony, check your 2-speed. YOu may want to try the new 2 speed with bigger bearings. I heard the 2-speed sometimes cause stripping when it does not disengage fast enough..

Funny, I have one of them box, but till now i haven got the chance to fix it on. I remember seeing somebody posting a picture of the MTX4 with the NT1 radio box but i cant seem to locate it now.

Would somebody please help?? I am not sure how the mounting should be.

pro-shop futaba has the new 2 speed in stock.
I ordered it couple of weeks ago.
Havent tried it yet though. The new 2 speed has bigger balls that ggoes between the clutch shoe and the bearing, not bigger bearing.

Here are the images for the NT1 radio box on MTX4

I have tried this mod, it is pretty good, however I had heating problems with futaba 2.4Ghz receiver, it was going into failsafe, so I went back to the original MTX4R radio box and had no heating issues since.

my bad.. balls not bearings..

So you have to drill 2 new holes on the box to fit the tray? Do you have pictures of the box alone so I can see the position of the holes you drilled?

Thanks mate
