Hope this helps

I use mugen 50000 with a lock front diff. pretty much at all the tracks I raced on. It also depends how technical and small the track is. 30K would be a good starting point. At the Rams 40th anniversary race, I used 100K just because the track was so huge. I know that some of the other mugen team drivers used 50K in thier R's for that race.

can someone tell me the differences in clutch shoes; maybe from softest to hardest? I've been using the yellow one, but it seems to slip, and have a slight glaze on it.

Softest to Hardest :

Red -- Yellow -- Black -- Grey

Check your centax spring, clutch gap, and endplay.

loosen the rear side belt pulley so that you can move the lay shaft side to side which will give you more room to get in there with a small flathead screwdriver and get the e clip off

when I set my ride height, the rear spring shocks have 1mm play up and down on the shock when i lift the rear. When I tighten the shock to have no play of the springs the ride height is about 10mm.
How can I get rid of the play and get the ride height I want?
Having the spring loose one the shock, doesnt affect car performance?
off power the car will not transfer all the weight is supposed to the front and loose turn in?

Sounds like you have too much droop in the rear. Try to take some out!

Easy and quick to change the setting but you need to lengthen the links to the rear arms to make sure that it doesn't bind at full extension of the suspension.

Thats normal. You should not worry about what the suspension is doing when you lift the car off the ground. What you are seeing is the amount of droop you have in the rear. When you place the car on the ground you should have the weight of the car compressing the springs. You might want to check your rear droop (It sounds like you have too much). If you try to take the slop out of the springs your ride height will be too much.

hope this helps

If you are talking about the pipe hanger. It's just a piece of thick piano wire.
Nothing special. I made my own in a pinch out a coat hanger from the hotel.

Default Coat Hanger

If I was in a situation where I had no other choice I suppose I would also use anything that came to hand. But can you honestly tell me you do not mind having a part made out of a coat hanger on your multi hundred $$$ machine???? For me an MTX4-R (and any other one of these specialised circuit RC cars) is a Precision Tool ...there's simply no room for coat hangers and the like but hey ...whatever floats your boat ...
