On one of my Nitro TC3's the 2speed sometimes works then sometimes doesn't. For instance one day I was testing it on the road and it changed gears then one day on the track it didn't.

What adjustments should I do so it changes at a good time?

Paul, If your two speed is finger type you will continue to have erratic change points; good days and bad. I have never owned one but when set up they are good car. It is an old design but a good one. Did you just buy it?

I bought it about a year ago. It is the factory team kit so it is the good one. I checked associated's website and they had a page on how to tune it. So I went by that and tuned the car so I will test it soon. Thanks anyway for you help

Nitro TC-3 used the clutch type 2 speed not the finger system. Read your instructions closely you have screw to adjust inside of the 2 -speed clutchshoes to determine shift points

Yes, I know. About a month ago when I wanted to tune it I checked the manual and it shows how to tune the 2speed and adjust the shift point. I had to adjust 2 screws using an allen key. So I adjusted them and ran it and it changed pefectly however on some days it doesn't want to change. I don't know why. So I might try lowering the shift point so it should always change.
Thanks

Change your setting to see posts from the begining not the last month. The NTC3 page has almost 10,000 posts.

that will take you to the end of the nitro tc3 thread.
It may not be that your two speed shift point has changed or is not working according to the manual. It could also be that your engine has changed its tune. You may need to retune your engine. I had that problem when I was a newbee.

How much do you want for it? Features? RTR? Motor size?

Did you say you were in Australia is that what you meant?

Also if you can post some pics on here that'll be great.

Thanks, Paul
