Fantom Motors...?
Does anybody run a Fantom motor...?
I was reading a little bit about them in the new issue of R/C Car mag.
Here's a few specs. on the new Fantom FR12.03R...
Horsepower:..... 1.3
Max.RPM:..........43,000
Bore:.................13.8mm
Stroke:..............14mm
It sounds like dynamite in a small package...!
Any opinions...?

fantom motor
yeah i have run the same motor here at the hobby shop.. It is a very quick motor. Lots of midrange to high power. I do recommend that motor...

my friend had that engine he had a problem breaking it in but i think that was his own falt, now its running great and fast

Fantom motors have very good low-end punch and midrange but cannot hang with the italian based motors on a big track at high speeds....about like the o.s. TR
