Default Engine size

Hi guys,
really like this F180 alot... really thinking to get 1 if not too expensive...
I have some Question regarding engine requirement...

If i buy the kit only, can i use a nova or Mega .21 engine with the engine mount?? any mod needed or at least need to change the cooling head??
Thanks

ck

I suggest you buy the complete kit that comes with the engine, rotostarter unit and the pipe set even comes with a hauler bag, all you need is add a radio system. just to avoid the hustle.

From what I understand, the engine is a .28...They may be doing that to "spec" the class. And it is 2wd.

GOT MINE LAST NIGHT. THEY REALLY DID THE PACKAGING RIGHT. THE FIT AND FINISH SEEMS TO BE THE BEST EVER. THE PRE-ASSEMBLED DIFF IS NOT, AND THERE ARE NO DIRECTIONS FOR DOING IT; IF ANY ONE IS HAVING TROUBLE, ASK. ALSO, THE BODY IS NOT PAINTED (BUMMER). BUT I SUPPOSE THAT WILL MAKE MOST FOLKS HAPPY.

Rebal u lucky dog u

I saw a kit today at a buddies place ,he is teh SA distributor.
Its so got me scheming how to rake up the $$$ for it.
Hes getting prices sorted and tehn ill grab one.

Gtreat that it comes complet with kit bag too.
Saw that every kit has a serial number on the chassis and they have a key ring included.
Only niggle i got is that it uses a electric starter on the motor like the monster trucks use.

This one is the cheaper(if you want to call it that!!!) you build it kit with no engine. I have the other one coming also that includes engine. Basically one for building and one for parts kinda thing. Have not got into it yet but I did FONDLE(you want to watch!) a wheel with tire mounted. Never felt one so heavy. Not the standard type foam insert. More of a solid rubber feel so the tire will hold its shape better under load. Can't wait to run this beast. I am known as madf1man everywhere else on the net and own probably 50 r/c F1's. This one by far surpasses all of the others.
