Default Can you identify this body?

Hey Guys,

I really like this body design and wanted to get help to identify it. I suspect it's Blitz, but can't say for sure. Also, is it ROAR approved?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Chemical X!

You are very correct. I just located and saw it on their site. And it's also ROAR approved.

It is my body. The body is a Parma M. Provides more steering than the other bodies. I find that it is good on tracks with low traction and also on really tight tracks.

Yes, but that body does not work well on the MTX-4 for me. Works very well on Serpent and Kyosho.

Hope you don't mind, but I will be painting one of these for PR in July.

Look forward to seeing you there.

Remember guys different bodies handle different for different people. It all depends on driving style, set up, etc.

Interesting feedback on the performance of this body. With the Kyosho, I found this body to have very little steering.

Exactly my thinking.

I have been advised however, this body is very twitchy. I assume you obviously don't think so.

Hi Chem X,

What front & rear diff wt did you run at the time that you were not pleased with the handiling?

I used 30K diff wt in the rear and tried it with both 30K and 50K in the front. I then went back to the Mazda6 and immediately had more steering.

I didn't try it on a loose track so I'm curious to see how it will do under those conditions. I plan on trying it again this season.

Just got this Type-M body and it seems wider and longer than protoform bodies.

Thanks for the feedback.

At present, I run the Nemisis body for my local club racing so I expect the Type M to be a major improvement.

As DJ mentioned, it has to do with driving style and car setup. You can easily adjust your suspension to compensate for a less steering. This is something I have already had to do for the Nemisis body.

Will give it a try and let you all know.

Thanks again.
