Food Court, yes thats what the are calling it. But there isn't much food there. As for the bathrooms, I'm sure they wll stay the same. Unless they move the mall closer to the track or the track gets moved closer to the mall. The restrooms are free to use....I think they are worth the price for the club. Nothing worse than having a downwind pit area from porta potties. And we all know that wind changes directions so no one is safe

I'm strongly thinking about attending this race... But what is the address or WEB site to the track, and if I'm come to the race alone, will it be hard to talk someone into pitting for me during my runs...

Yes, I'm a newbie to big time racing....

For all info on the race go to www.oneeighthracers.com. It has not been updated with 2007 info but I'm sure it will be. It's got past races info and track info as well

bvoltz - You should have no problems! I am a current member of the OneEighthRacers of Toledo and last year was my first year racing. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help out everyone else. Being new myself, I was very impressed with the people that were in attendance.

Good Luck

You will have more than enough resources/help at this event. That is the one great thing about this race. It is a very big event that attracts some of the best drivers, but the atmosphere is very very relaxing, and everyone wants to have a good time. Make sure you buy raffle tix....They had alot of great giveaways last year.

There is a club meeting this coming up weekend. I'm sure once things are little more setup for 2007 the website will be updated. Stay tuned!

Jim,

The entry form should be out by the end of April (still finishing logos and sponsor stuff). We will have it available on the Toledo website. Ted is going over the final info.
