Default Thunder Tiger PRO 15 (old) Repair

Hi everyone.
I have an old Thunder Tiger PRO 15 (old). The engine is very old, and has lots of problems.
I want to put it runing with the same pieces i got if it is possible.
The engine doesn't start and some gasoline escapes from the clutch (at the end of the crankshaft).
I polished the cilinder because at the time of taking it of(i don't know the name where the piston moves) the piece became a litle oval!
This piston needs segment? Or there are no segments at this type of engines?
Could someone help me?
If is need i can post some pictures of the engine.

Sorry for my english
