I'm trying to get my car set up for this weekend. How do you get your car to run backwards? Do you just start it on the box backwards or do you have to mount the motor off to the side like a sidecar?

And for those of you reading this who may be confused by the talk about running Counter clockwise these guys are only talking about the SWCS Race #3 this Sunday at our track. If things go well and the demand is there we can consider doing it for the Biggie.

The only time I went to Pegaso, in Mexico, they decided to run the track CC. They do this on a regular basis. They designed the track for either direction and even their pit bumpers can be flipped over to receive the cars from the opposite direction. You're still turning right and left so it really doesn't take long to get used to the switch.

I actually did convert a TMax to FWD rear wheel steer once by removing the transmission and using a big pinion and a little red neck engineering it worked. Once I got used to it it was pretty cool to drive. Pretty much a 4WD fork lift off road stomper.

That was a blast this past weekend! Great job to the RCRCNT guys for
preparing the track and the facility for a taste of what the Biggie
will be like with all of the upgrades and major changes to the surface
as well as the Facility! I really enjoyed running the track counter
clockwise. Many of the issues that were experienced before in the
High Speed portions are no longer an issue!

Congrats to all of the winner's!

Jeremy Cupps 1/8 Open
Guillaume Herve 1/10 Sedan
Charlie Junkins 1/8 Spec

Thanks to the Tyler, TX guys for making the drive to come and race
as well as all who entered!

I'm sure that we'll be discussing the open practice / Test & Tune
dates soon so everybody can plan on attending before the Biggie!

Take care!

Terry Brown

What are the rules for spec 1/8th? It says to look on the website, but I have been unable to find the rules.

What's up Bro?

The Spec Class is Any Chassis powered by a Mega ZX21 Engine.

I think you'll find them here / download in SWCS Rules / 2007:
http://www.swcsracing.com/

Take care!
