Arrow Setting up a receiver

Hi Guys

I am having a problem setting up my receiver for braking . When the throttle triger is at a neutral position the carb is set at idle which is fine. If I had to brake the servo goes in the other direction as to accelaration. Is this normal? because I don't see the point.

Thanks Shaun

If you're trying to brake and the servo pulls the carb open, you need to go into your radio (what radio do you have?) and reverse the servo direction.
