I ran GQ tires for a while, but the supply of them was so hit and miss, I wanted something that I could get without problems. The orange rim is not a big selling point.

I don't have a link for the Kyosho tires, but I have 35 boxes of them in my garage. You can get them from Kyosho or any Kyosho dealer.

I do prefer performance over looks. I stated that I stopped running them because of poor supply.

honestly, iv'e used the kyosho tyres on my rrr and they were really good but i ran out so i threw on a set of gq tyres (exactly the same shore as kyoshos) and the car felt exactly the same.
I went through the exact opposite, took the GQ's off and took a consistant .5 -.75 sec off my lap times, not to mention how much easier the car was to dial in and drive ( tried over several events and at different tracks)

GQ are ok in less than perfect conditions - great strong rim, as soon as the track cleans up and develops a racing line, take them off your car.
