Dude, you need to richen the high speed needle IMMEDIATELY. The big needle screw on the top of the carb. Open it at least 1/4 to 1/2 turns (turn CCW or to the left). You are bogging because of a lean mixture. Not good for a new motor, or any motor for that matter. Get your temps closer to 180-200 for the first 5 tanks. Then start leaning out slowly for the next 3-5 tanks or so and reach a maximum of 230 degrees.

Ok from closed I put at Factory settings 3 1/4 turns CCW and LSN at 3 CCW It wont start at factory settings it throws fuel through it like crazy and comes out the exhaust. For the first few tanks it did fine like that, but now seems to flood fast!

I think it might be these cheap C batterys from the dollar store? YOU THINK. I went through 4 batterys in a day!!

for new engines that are very rich, pinch the fuel line as close as you can get to the carb to get them to fire. after you have finished break in then you can start to lean it out to get it between 200-225 and it should run nice for you and start right up.
