Pops - I don't know how much more brittle the Nylon rims are after acetone vs. lacquer thinner - I've got several sets that I've re-used over 5 times now with LT and they're still okay (they LOOK like crap, but they work fine, are still round and okay) - do you know if Nylon reacts differently with LT than with A?

Guys - I've tried the boiling method and all I got for it was burned fingers. The CA just didn't come off for me.

I've used lacquer thinner (soak overnight) and that has worked very well for me.

(both these methods for rubber, not foam)

If you're talking about foam, then, true the tires down as low as you can and then use some Lacquer Thinner and the rest should come right off.

Dude,

My dad is in the American Army. He is a Colonel. He has been in for about 33 years.

I live right outside of Frankfurt in a town called Hanau.
