Default Novarossi N12LL3

Hi,

This is a really stupid question but: I bought this engine a couple of months ago but have not used it yet. Now I have fitted it onto my car and am looking to breaking it in and using it. Thing is, nowhere in the documentation does it state where the low speed, high speed and idle needles are. I can fugure out the idle needle but the low speed and high speed confuse me. In the attached picture, is 11203 the High speed and 11007 the Low speed needle? Is 11029 the idle speed? Also, does anyone know what the base settings for this engine is?

Thank you

2 1/2 out on the bottom and 3 1/2 out on the top. Increase 1/2 turn on both for run in
