rally conversion?
how haard is it to do a rally conversion on a 4wd nitro touring???

First you take your 4wd nitro tourer and put it up on a shelf. Second, go to the hobby store and buy a nitro rally car.
Seriously, people don't tend to convert to rally car because the gears and belts are exposed to rocks and debris.
If you have a shaft driven 4wd tourer, then get off-road wheels/tires, and cover any openings in the chasis to prevent rocks from wrecking havoc on the gears.

Hear hear, forget about the belts and shafts! Think about all the mud seeping through the carb and into the engine (at least thats what happened to mine!) I have a kyosho tr15 that was a rally car to start with anyway, but the tires were useless. But fortunately, kyosho came out with the tr15 inferno, with proper off road tires - nice!
