i was just curious if anyone out there was snapping the dog bone from the 2speed to the rear diff. i put a o.s. 18cv-r into rs4 3 evo and ever since then i've been snapping that one dog bone almost after every tank. i think its weird because i use drift tires on my car so there shouldn't really be to much force on it. and the dog bone from the 2speed to the front diff is still the original. i'm stumped

It doesn't come with a battery either. Get a 12 volt gel cell battery and a wall charger.

grrr! ok, issues again. it was running to well, and since my bearing broke, i havnt started it...i got it started today for like 10 seconds, but halfway up the throttle, it stalled. the settings were low-1, high-3, 1.5mm throttle. i am using White Lightning 20% nitro fuel...my engine can take 30% nitro. could my problems be because my fuel is like, 1 1/2+ years old? lol. this is just really pissing me off tho...i didnt change any settings, and it wont start anymore!

check glow plug, try newer fuel, richen up the low end needle a little bit.

That's the things I would look at first starting with richening up the low end. 1 turn out from closed is pretty lean.

Yes. Most people run a little rich on the low end for easy starts and so you get a smoother idle without stalling.

will do...also, to lighten the flywheel...is it bad to take the stock flywheel and drill 2-4 holes in it...maybe 1-2 mm in diameter?

There's no optional flywheel? I think the holes would throw the balance off.
