Default This may sound stupid

I have seen alot of nito cars and trucks with a zip tie with a piece of fuel tubing that makes a handle, I have tried making them a couple of ways and they end up looking wrong. Can someone give me directions or a link to instructions on how to do this, I know I am retarded

Thanks
Brian

FIRST YOU NEED A LONG SKINNY ZIPTIE.ZIP IT THROUGH THE TANK LID NICE AND TIGHT MAKE SURE THE ZIP TIE IS POINTING UP.SLIDE SOME FUEL TUBING DOWN THE ZIPTIE,ABOUT 4 INCHES LONG.SLIDE IT ALL THE WAY DOWN TILL IT HITS THE LOCKING PART OF THE ZIP TIE,NOW TAKE THE END OF THE ZIP AND PUSH IT INTO THE FUEL TUBING FORMING A LOOP,IT WONT BE EASY IT WILL BE TIGHT.GET IT DOWN AS FOR AS YOU CAN.IF THE LOOP IS TO LONG PULL IT OUT AND CUT SOME OFF. HOPE THIS HELPS!

If you cannot afford 2' of fuel tubing, you are in the wrong hobby. Maybee you should sacrafice internet access for some tubing. I am not trying to be mean, but come on. And if you are a kid, mowing a lawn or shoveling some snow should give enough money for some fuel tubing

Well I have enough for tubing, the closest track is all electirc and they have none, not a big deal, where I race people are willing to help out others, give them spare parts, I didnt ask for some long boring rant over a couple dollars worth of silicone tubing, if someone wants a couple of bucks for it I would be happy to send it to them
