Well, I have owned these 2 kits before With the V1RRR WCE, it's the best buy for your money. It already includes some hop-ups that the team drivers use. Also, this car is very durable and is very easy to drive with lots of tuning options... With the FW-05RR, you still need to get other hop-ups parts to complement the ones already included in the V1RRR WCE such as universal shafts on all 4 corners, 1 piece engine mount, carbon fiber shock towers (front/rear), bearings on the servo saver, aluminum wheel hex hubs, hardened pillow balls. With that in mind, you can save a lot. Also, the problem with the FW-05RR is that the ring gears tend to strip later on. I also find it hard to drive shaft kits Just my opinion

Thank's Doki. I see that support for this car is very minimal here in the states. They seem to support the RRR more here, but i would sure like to here from more of the 05 drivers if there are any. Thanks again Dokie.

the stock gears on the FW05RR wont last that long , you need to replace them with either the steel 39tooth or 37tooth ring gears. or if ytou can still find them get the center Kawahara conversion! I did this to mine and the car was great, tons of acceleration and top end power and after months of racing the ring gears looked brand new!
