You should have no problems with the Lrp engine. It's a picco based engine

Very interested in the aluminium front middle-shaft holder (which seems to have bushings for bearings)

Last weekend I tried Capricorn's 18, 19, 25 and 27t kevlar pulleys and front & rear belts... the car is simply spectacular! (also with the standard side-belt) It's incredibly smooth!!
No plays on the shaft. Very precise mounting. I only made holes to let the dust going out and maintain the pulleys a little more clean.
It's a pity that Capricorn doesn't make also the 20t pulley for xray
Also the red brake pads are very good. Better than the KM-Racing which I used for almost 2 years.

Atomicrc has all those hopups already.
And let me tell you they `re the cats meouw, lol, lol, lol.
Check it out, you won`t be disappointed.

Best hopups for the NT1 i think.
Best pads bar none, best brake lever bar none.
Best middle bearing block bar none.

I already have the middle shaft holder (and brake lever) by Atomic but I've not mounted it on my 2010 NT1...I was just expecting the xray original one

I prefer composite pulleys than the aluminium ones. I know that the alu are very good to see and already tuned but them are little too hard for the low-friction-belts....and believe me never smooth as kevlar pulleys!

Hey guys, I'm needing some advice or help. I bought an NT-1 EC a while back that had been barely run at all. I know the gentlemen that built it and he knows what he is doing. I just ran my first race with it last weekend and want to break it down to rebuilt it. I remember I used to use a grease or something to rebuild the dog bones where they fit into the drive cups. Does anyone know what should be used for this?

Also for the clutch thrust bearing there was something that we used to use to grease these as well, do yo have any advice on what should be used there as well?

I used to race a while back and took some time off to concentrate on electric....now i'm back...

Thanks in advance.

I use Associated Black grease for the two spots.

Either your clutch nut has to much preload, or your flywheel nut is loose. I would say those would be the most likely problems. If its the first back off the clutch spring preload nut 1/4 turn till it grabs properly.

I got a used NT1 08 roller from a friend of mine and I'm trying to break in an engine, but the clutch won't engage. Wheels don't move at all with pretty high revs.

Flywheel nut is tight
gap is about .7mm
preload is 10.2 mm (10.2 from end of shaft to top of the preload nut)
clutch nut is about 9.35 mm from end of shaft

Anyone have any ideas. Thanks
