Diff O-rings.
I've tried something a little different rebuilding the diffs w/o the orings. Instead of using the o-ring, I instead spread some Red permatex silicone on the edge where the o-ring sits. I'm careful to make sure the area is clean(denatured alcohol) so the silicone will adhere. You need to use just a tiny amount of silicone. Once the diff halves are put together I use an exacto knife to remove excess silicone, and to seal the edge. I also make sure the silicone edge seals just the seam where the two diff halves come together. This has made for a diff that doesn't leak, and makes for easier rebuilds. In rebuilding, the silicone maintains it's integrity and it's easy to simply change the oil and put the two halves back together w/o the fear of distorting the now oil saturated o-ring or needing a replacement o-ring.

After a short while the carbon fiber starts to split where the brake shaft presses against it. The disc is good.

yep i've been doing this as well, works alot better than those o rings. no leaks. excess just comes out of the diff/oring area if there is any.
with the CF pads, they work great. i've been using the KM racing ones, but i think that KM racing OEM's for other companies anyway, so they are all the same. (the KM racing pads had black brake fibre pads though, not the cream coloured ones pictured.

next on my list to purchase is servos!
Im looking for ones that will bolt right on, dont wanna mess with any modding or custom fitting.
for the two, I would like to spend less than 150 so I should have a lot of option.
Which ones would you recommend ?

Im newbie with NT1
I would like to know a bit on the multi diff.
Anyone experienced with the Solid One-way configuration? I mean without the pin, so it is not solid and in the same time one way, same tires spinning on power, off power freely spin but same speed left and right becoz its attached to each other... geez.. im already confused just by explaining it
I have tried the front 80K diff and one way.. and now trying this solid one way method. Anyone can help me what will be expected? I know they will be no brake for sure. Is there any advantage?

Hello, I see some of the guys run very smooth hairpin turns with very punchy acceleration. How could I set my NT1 to be like that? I tried to use the silver spring not tightly with white shoe so I can have a gentle engagement but I still can't go around the corners like them.
I see they go into the hairpin with top speed, brake and turn around the corner with no stopping or slowing. How do they do it?
Is this a clutch setting or my throttle control ....
