RC has taken a back seat to it all. and not that it matters that I haven't shown up, like 2 of the three races got rained out right?

You're starting a new business and engineering school?

Hope to see you at the track...someday!

I am starting a new business, and I am attending school which I am majoring in Mechanical Engineering :p. I will see if I can sneak off to the track for the next race. I gathered some tires, and fuel so I can run. :)

picked up NTI from my friend. came with every upgraded part imaginable. also came with a skyline vr12 plus pipe and header. any info on this pipe would be helpful. run a JP black mod. + nova 353 plus.12C. thanks

For anyone looking for more consistent braking using the stock brake pads, here's a cheap easy mod I did to my pads while being bored lol. You just cut material allowing you to use springs that separate the pads from each other after braking. this will reduce the friction created from the disk rubbing on the pads, and your pads will also last longer... ;)
Pictured are the soft 2speed springs for the NT1, which are the correct length but are just too hard for this operation. the O'donnell brake springs for their ZO1 buggy Is what worked out for me.

Use 2 of the springs on each side, 4 come in the pack.

You'd be better off getting a nova 2652 pipe or 2660... Used the skyline pipe a long time ago when they were still making them. you'd get better performance using one of the newer pipes from Novarossi. It's fine to use for practice though...
