Jammin' Jeff,
Good to see you're switching to Xray. I got mine to the track this past weekend. Definitely different from the Mugen. I still need to tune it some more to get it just where I like it. Can't wait to see you at the Diamond, should be an awesome summer.

The previous car I ran I did not break often, just kept blowing 2nd gears and launching belts or breaking belts. I was gonna get new pulleys all the way around, all new belts, all new gears, all fresh bearings (still original only cleaned them since I got the car several years ago), replace rear outdrives (grooved),,,,,,,,wait a minute. WHy would I invest that kind of $$$$$ in a used car,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,just buy a new one. Sooooooooooooo, it was time for me to move up to the best car on the market!!!

They are exactly the same, just split into pairs instead of having to buy a pack of 4

Yeah you should be good with that. Only rear springs I have used are the 25 blue, 28 violet, and the 30 light purple aka pink. I probably won't have the new sets in the store till the end of next week...

Yo, yo,yo,yo Carlos. I don't post much but figured I could maybe get some info before the car arrives. Did not know any of our locals posted here, figured I could do it under cover in this public forum.
Yeah, Iv'e been running Mugens for many years, and before that Kyosho. Time to try Xray since I run Xray electrics. I am not sure what the differences are from the 2009 to the 2010 but I got the 2009 anyway. You have seen me drive, I am sure I will not be able to tell the difference between the two versions, my skills are not on a national or regional level. Plus, the economy has finally taken it's toll on my program and I am not even sure how often I will be at Blue Diamond. Probably mostly Jackson and off road at Trax 70.

We'll see how the summer goes.
