Running the shorter springs in the front Adds to the quick responce of the car. Longer springs in the front will have the same steering, but a little less twitchy. As long as you are dealing with the same lbs Springs.

I have tried this in the past . I didn't realy care for it because ,,I like ALOT of Steering & a sensitive car . But try it sometime if you need to mellow out the car.

Hope that helps.

In addition to MHarrison's response,

The shorter springs have a more progressive rate, which works better for medium to high grip tracks.

You can use the longer springs on the front. They do provide a bit more steering/traction for low to medium bite tracks as well.

Default Very Happy with this kit.

I just picked up one of these kits and I have to say I am extremely pleased with how it's coming together.

Don't get carried away now..........I am still keeping my RRR as a back car, but so far I am very impressed with this kit and feel very confident I am moving in a forward direction. (At least for now)

One added bonus which I am really happy about is that my starter box holds the same setting for both the NT1 and RRR. Very happy about this!!!!

You look at this car and you simply smile at the engineering and thought that went into it. Alot of similarities to the RRR, but just a bit more refined.

I really like how at a glance, you can know for sure what your roll center settings are.

Ok, I know I will need to find a new forum soon.

P.S. The springs are also the same as the RRR EVO.

I'm fine man.

I haven't race nitro yet lately.... due to rain and kids.

December 2, I have year end EP 23T stock.

December 16, year end Truggy & Buggy.

Nitro on road start again in February next year.

I'm still using same old engines : novarossi plus12-5, nsr12s5, LL5.

So what about you, bro ?
