TambokGT

Do you ever drive your car or do you just take pictures of it and post them on the web?

I can tell by the amount of dirt on it that you do actually drive it.
Allthough none of what I could see was made by Yokomo.

We all love pictures keep them coming.

Run my car today, I have a clicking noise coming from the 2 speed. It only happens after it shifts and I start to slow down. It doesn't happen in 1st. There is a little bit of wear on the pin, but it is still shifting strongly. It's probably no big deal but I thought I would mention it and see what anybody thought.

acs,
Did you buy the newer kits?
If so...you are safe. ( I think ) They say the newer kits have better metal material. Mine which was the 2nd generation kits.....sucked . I had to change my 2 speed assembly to the Serpent one.

I've had the car only a few months, but I'm not sure how long it was at the Hobby Shop for. I think it is just the 2spd finger skipping on the pin when I slow down. While its still working I'm not going to worry about it.

Is there any difference between the Pro and the R aside from the GTP body and foam tires?

a)The pro's parts are blue
b)The pro uses shock braces, the R has aluminum shock towers
c)The pro is a bunch cheaper

Also some major differences is the "R" has overdrive pulleys, different diameter foams, front one way and solid rear axle.

The Pro has standard gear diffs and regular foam tires all around.
