make sure fuel is getting to the lines. your starter box could be rolling the motor the wrong way. the starter box wheel needs to be turning counter clockwise for the motor to fire up.

thanks for your help....the starter box was going clockwise...should i just put the black clip on the red part of the battery and the red on the black? It also didnt look like the wheel was lined up with the starter wheel.....or should i change something in the starter box?

just a tip as for the fuel lines, i can see in the pics that the fuel line to the carb is almost getting pinched at the angle it is going under the manifold. also the fuel tube is touching the manifold. this will preheat your fuel to a point where it gets too hot , and the angle can cause a blockage or difficult tuning. if you can pre heat the engine before you start then thats better again. if thats the AAC collari engine then it has an alloy liner not a brass one. extremely tight piston pinch till it gets hot. so do preheat with a hair drier or something, it will last longer

Nice motor, i have a couple of the .21 versions.
I know they can be difficult to start, i had some difficulty with mine when i first got them.
Another thing, those carbs suck, you may wanna replace it with a two needle carb, one without the spray bar.
