Any help identifying this top .21 will be appreiciated

-9mm alum.bodied slide carb(2 adj+ idle screw)
-The case is marked U. COMPET on the bottom of one mount
-On the side of a mount there is an L stamped on it
-Purple ano head fluted on 4 sides
-It does not use a turbo plug
-It is an on road motor
-I believe it is about 10 yrs old
-If it helps this the pipe that was on it is a Top EFRA 053

when I found it, it was still in the bag after the rebuild.
