Default Setting a carb on a thunder tiger nitro engine

OK folk please bear with me on this, i bought a nitro rc car from my mate ( kyosho mk1 spider but it runs a nitro engine which has thunder tiger written on the pull start its also has the words "pro" and 15 on the crank case.

Now i have just rebuild the car and stupidly i dismatled the carb on it without keeping the settings

What i am asking is how do i set the carb to get the engine running then adjust them for the tuning?

the carb looks to be a barell type i think, and has 3 screws on it, one i know is the carb stop, there is also a larger screw in which the flow from the tank is attatched to and also a smaller screw in the centere of the barrel.

If someone could maybe give me a hand it would be most appreatiated
