I used regular mrx 3-4 clutch parts. You have to use the motor mounts that let you slide the motor forward and also have to cut out some of the chassis for a starter box to work. I also had to move the brake to the front . The first gear pinion needed spacing out some so I made a washer to shim it out some. With these cars you have to use a light spring and a smaller clutch gap or it will spin the tires at will. I mainly did it because I have alot of mugen gears.

Hey all. Recently picked up a DM-1 Spec RTR and I am looking for a starting point setup to lay on it. What kind of diff and shock oil setups are you folks rolling around with?

yellow spring front 40740

front camber 2 degrees
rear camber 3.5 degrees
front toe neg 1
rear toe 2
roll center inside upper front and rear
100,000 front diff.
30,000 rear diff.
7mm ride ht frnt.
8mm ride ht rear
front sway bar almost 90degrees
no sway bar rear
