Default Truck Bodies

Hi

Does anybody know if anybody else other than Serpent make a 200mm truck body shell? We will be running a series next year and am looking for something a bit different

Cheers

Kyosho still has a kit that has the body in it, the Euro Truck body that is, but it has been discontinued. I went in search of the body a few months ago, and I got one from NY. If you want to run that body, you might want to look overseas.

GS Racing make a truck body, very similar to the Serpent version.

What is wrong with the Serpent body?

From my searching I only found Serpent ,GS and Yokomo to have bodies.
Need to check Yokomo as the one I saw was 190mm for EP.
We are also starting a truck class instead of outlaw ,its going to be fun.

The body works well and has a ton of rear downforce. I took one body and mounted a video cam in the body of it and took a video. Also, the body can take some hits, it is heavy/thick lexan.

or is it for a truck type chassis?

The guys using them say they need a rear wing but they are not allowed in the series. I was trying to find another shell that might have better handling

Theres 7 or 8 trucks in our club ,drove one a while back.
I was surprised how well they went and handled.
The most impressive thing was how much steering they had.

I will be running a GS body on a G4 Le Mans chassis with a .12 motor.
