I’ve just received the Serpent F180 car that Serpent USA has sent to a few race sites throughout the US to help promote the new class. I have to install a receiver on it and I will bring it to the Toledo MWS race on September 22-23. If enough people are interested maybe it could be a class to replace the out going Outlaw class next year.

Mark,
I thought you would be in Vegas! Looking forward to seeing the F180. F1 is my favorite form of full scale racing.

The last MWS race hosted by the Toledo Club is only about 10 day’s away. You’re going to want to be sure and attend this last outing of the season. The Championship for 3 of the 4 classes is going to be decided in the very last race. And time and weather permitting there is going to be 3 “Special” races after qualifying on Saturday. Each one with a little “Twist” that should make for some entertaining racing and viewing.
Year End Awards (that can actually be used at every race) will be presented for the following positions. Along with special recognition for the top 3 in each class.

1/8th Open – Top 10
200mm Touring – Top 10
1/8th Masters – Top 9
Outlaw – Top 3

So please pre-register at www.midwestseries.com so event awards can be determined.

See everyone there.

How's that race report from Chi-Town coming along? I guess you can combine it with Toledos now.

I believe Greg from RC1 Racing / Tornado Fuel will be on hand to sell some Tornado fuel. Hopfully he reads this thread and replies to confirm. If he doesn't make it, you can contact CEFX Raceway www.cefxraceway.net. They sell it at thier hobby shop and may have some to pick up. CEFX is about an hour north of Toledo.

Default Club Race at Toledo this weekend?

Is there going to be a club race this Sunday in Toledo? I hope so. I gotta get in some practice. Hope some of you guys make it out for some racing. Work has kept me busy lately, and I haven't had a chance to do much racing since GLC. RayJ

Has a group rate been setup at the Holiday Inn Express?

I can help out with Tornado 25% if Greg and/or Josh are unable to.

Pre-registration is looking really good for the last race this season. My calculation for attendance should be in 70’s. If you haven’t registered yet please take a minute to do so at www.midwestseries.com. Be sure to come on out and meet next years new MWS director.

All I was able to get done is posted on the MWS site (point standings).

Also, Chicky got married last night. It was a great wedding and party! They had an RC car (Parma of coarse) deliver the rings, Goetz tripped Dana's mom (at least thats the story as we understand it ), speeches were priceless, and everyone had a good time.

CONGRATS PAUL & DANA!!!!
Brian Where is the chicago race report ?????

It would be nice to see!!!!
