Default Coverage of the event?

Will someone cover this event for rctech users? (with photos if possible?).

Some race coverage was done on threads but many photos were published from the front page, for this we need to count with Futureal (the main boss at rctech).

Coverage for this event will be from Mike Myers. Expect him to post full reports and photos on Starting Grid and myRCWorld.Net.

Predictions:

* I think Ralph Burch Jr. will take the win in 1/8th. He's faster than Salven most of the time at this track (it's his home track) and he was the fastest last year, but had some problems during qualifying and the main.

* 200mm is tough to call, but I'm going to go with Barry Baker. My second choice would be Ralph Burch Jr.

Josh Cyrul will be confident having just won both the sedan and 1/12th titles at the Snowbird Nationals, so he's my sleeper pick in both classes.

My own predictions:

1/8: Maybe Ralph Burch winner, Salven like on every race should slam their car (uhm... start to think that is part of the spectacle) if don't slam, nor have problems should be on Top 10. Fukada much probably be on the Top5.

1/10: Things start to be quite difficult to make a prediction... too many good guys but.... balls out! On the Top Five should be Barry Baker, Osaka and probably another Associated. My forecast for Yokomo guys: Tosolini on the Top 10 if don't have problems with gears (seems to be the tallon of achilles of GT4). About Snakes? mixed, probably get to put 3 on the Final.

1/8 TQ should be 950 .. they must do it to prove the snake still bites.

1/10 ..with osaka around, MTX3 n barry baker NTC3 will be a very close fight.. maybe one of the reflex as well. serpent will be in the top 10 but to win takes a better car and driver.

just my 2 cents.

On another note i've always wondered do team drivers usually use pretty much the same car that is sold to the public or do teams modify parts of there cars in ways that we don't know about and are any team only parts ever developed for their cars that aren't available to us?

Many times factory drivers test new parts on their cars but usually are hesitant to show to the public, and some parts are custom made (think for example on the rear toe-in links of the NTC3 at the Cinci Worlds).

Usually factory guys cannot use or shouldn't use aftermarket parts to show that the cars are capable of doing well without exotic aftermarket.
