FRR WEB SITE DOWN
I was just wishing it was just a usual maintainace.... What's wrong with those "geeks" nowadays......

Who ever it is it's the same guy that hacked 1/8racers of toledo website. It really is a shame and not only that we now have to rebuild and try and recover from some of the damage.
Molotof the mad web admin says the site will be up in about a week or so.

Who ever hosts the website should of been doing backups every so often incase this happened.

The issue is a bit deeper than just using the back up. The attacker launched an attack on our host. At which point the host now wants ME to pay them over $500 in damges done to their server. We are moving the site to another host that will have more protection etc and so on.
Molotof hasa full time job and I can not expect him to do anymore than he has already done. He has a back up image and is in the process of finding a new home for US soon. I am not into the website stuff so I can not speak on what I do not know. LOL I can only go with what works best for the club he is the web guy and I let him handle those issues.

I did not realize that BPT will be racing on the day scheduled for a meeting. I will post anything of importance. If you plan to attend the BPT warm up so that you can be ready for the REGIONALS. I know that guys are pumped to get back on that track. We will hold the vote off until we can meet with out issue of conflict..

Just make sure if your car is very loud to use an INS box. Also you can only run 10am-6pm. After 6 you'll have a prob with the authorities since this was a new rule. We usually could run till 8, but it gets really dark around 7 anyway. Definately come on up for some fun and grab a spot near the track. Here's a pic of a guy named JIm and another famous racer ( won't say who

Don't think I'll get any practice in but I'm sure looking forward to attending the regionals next week. I can't wait to get another run at this track. Hopefully the Fanatics will be out in full force for this race.

Looks like it is going to be a blow out. Hopefully all the engines are ready to go and primed. Looking forward to some hardware for the new den. I have some moving to do but I am keeping my rc stuff at the job until I am done so it is not lost in the sauce.

Sorry to hear about the website, but 301 will be there next weekend for the Regionals, see you guys soon.
