Default Keep breaking NTC3 Tank

Hey fellow NTC3 owners, I was wondering how you all have fixed this? I know that i can mod the chasis and use a serpant tank but is there any way to keep the AE tank and stop it from breaking? I have had to replace 2 tanks now, and I love mostly everything about the car except for the tank.........

Thanks Jason

from side hits i used some lexan that i can buy in sheets from my hobby shop, and i cut it in sections to fit to my tank on the side where the exaust is. I thought that would help but it still borke i was running with some buds ans i got hit on the side, but the odd thing is that it did not break on the part that i renforced it by the lexan it broke on the bottom of the tank.... so i dont know what to doo....

thank Jason

i belive k factory has a side brace made out of carbon fiber that car be ran from chassis surport to chassis surport

that will stocp the exhaust going that far to break your tank
when u cop a side impact

there is a pic on the ntc3 thread in the last couple of pages

there is also a fix in there to to stop the exhaust wire from moving

hope this helps
