I went from a NTC3 to a 710 & now a 720. If you are racing on a track the 720 is a weapon. The NTC3 is still a good car park basher/racer. I find the 720 to be more consistant & it seems to have a wider setup window than the NTC3

one thing about the 720 i do like is the parts quality are great and that the drivetrain is so free and smooth compared to other cars. cant really say much handling wise though.

One more option is The TeamMagic G4S ,check if anyone stocks it in your area.I moved from Serpent to TM and must say I found car to be smoother and easier to drive fast.
The 720 is a option that would look at also ,Serpent make good cars.
In the 200mm gas class your options are basically
Serpent
Mugen
Kyosho
TeamMagic

I wouldnt suggest anything else for racing ,then again you never know.
Which ever car you go for ,support is the key to having a good car.
