Default Engine overheating! HELP!!!!

I have a HPI RS4 18SS with a custom cold air intake with a RB Inovations cone filter and a Silver Bullet TSAIS custom exhaust. I'm running a medium plug with 10% nitro.

After about 3-5 minutes of run time, my thermal fail safe (set at 260) Turns on. I tested with hand held thermo, both temps the same.

I tried richening up the mix, got a good blue smoke trail, but still hits 260-280 degrees. I also made sure I had good air flow over head, I cut holes in front and back windows and I removed the grill.

I ran out of ideas please help!!

first of all those RB intakes are horrible for filtering small particles out

check your fuel line to see fi there is a bloackage, make sure there are no leaks anywhere, if you are richening it up and its not changing it sounds liek there is no change in fuel flow therefore meaning a blockage

also you can run higher nitro for better power, i would prolly never run 10%
