my club currently uses a software which do not shows the information
on passings just like sparc.
is there any way or formula that could help me to show for each individual what was his current position when he passed lap 2, 3, 4 etc and so on.
I know for sure that the lowest time on lap 1 determines who was the leader,
any suggestions or formula will be really appreciated.
I only have access to the total number of laps and time in seconds of each lap. it would also be nice it the formula calculates on minutes and seconds and not only seconds.

for instance, leader on lap 1 was car1, 2 car 3, 3 car 2
on lap 2, 1 car 2, 2 car 1, 3 car 3
on lap 3, 1 car 49, 2 car 1, 3 car 51
any suggestions on the formula, I could send the total results on xls, file to
anyone willing to help me
