Default Carb Needles & Venturis...

I don't know if this will get answered but has anybody given any thought about making the venturi of the spray bar having smaller diameter with the opposite needle also smaller in the same proportions?

I think this will create a better and finer spray pattern of the fuel and most importantly better fuel economy...

I think in this case better fuel economy does not equal less performance... In fact I think you will get better performance since a finer fuel spray pattern will make for a better air fuel mixture... Just a thought.

From time to time this thread comes alive, or 'almost alive' because lacks of their soul: Motorman himself. Got real angry and edited all their posts and abandoned the board.

Probably any track buddies of him can see it from time to time, but it doesn't appear by here or another forums.

Browse through the different engine forums here, Dennis has posted an explanation of his current status and a few interesting notes on head clearance/shimming and nitro percentages along with a few other tidbits. He has anounced that he will no longer paticipate in any in-depth engine dicusions however.

well over the counter means over the counter power not something special. It means made the same as the very first ones. It don't mean over the counter hobby shop yet However!

UH that would be
MUGGEN
MUGGEN
and
MUGGEN
and including super wheel Swager
another
MUGGEN

However Swauger does not run one of my engines. I do not know what he is using. Probably an M Rossi modified team motor.(just a guess)

I'm sure there were some other car varieties in the A however I was not their myself, and don't have the whole 411 yet.

Shame on you for not testing...

Uhm.... couldn't be wiser to pick a place on a near travelodge? Probably the cost of gas could be higher than the cost of a travelodge for two days (hell... my pocket is hurt from the last time I filled the gas tank of a rental car before returning.... argh! Visa fumed too much during the flight of return to home. )
