Snake bit, sorry I didn't reply to you about the email you sent. Unfortunatly not in a position to do that right now. Working 12/7, consulting an engine design on the outside for a client, consulting an engine fuel management system for another client and writing a new calibration code, trying to get ready to go racing myself in april, find a little (very little)winter electric practice time, and trying to find out how to get more than 2 1/2 hours sleep a day. Sheesh.

Photo with a face,
I'll link you one but it aint pretty, I was dead at the end of a day of racing at the Great Lakes Challenge. Thats me yacking on the phone. Mike Myers caught me off guard. Ted Hammer is the guy in the Odonnel shirt.

Default My pipe/manifold combo...

After some testing I found a good combination of pipe and manifold for me, here's:

RB X12 pipe with the stinger drilled up to 5.2mm.
RB Short manifold (1700-193 I think).

Cut the manifold as needed to get a total lenght of 102mm and you get massive ammounts of mid-end and acceleration. On high grip tracks is simply ballistic.

When I need huge amounts of high-end (those with Cinci syndrome) I swap the RB pipe for a Novarrosi 51602 (Rpm model) at 5.2mm of stinger with the same manifold combo and vary their lenght.

I'm planning to order a HARD shark pipe (they have an EFRA legal model) to do further testing..

So... what's your pipe/manifold combo? post it and do comments about them.

Default high speed

If you're looking for top end then you might want to try the 51603 novarossi pipe.

Dennis, so what you're saying that the sleeve / piston fitting should ideally be "just nice" (sorry, can't find a technical term) that it does not hurt the conrod and bushing? So tight isn't always better? Thanks.
