Motorman? Same Motorman from the HPI forum back in the day?

WOW! It looks like you have got quite a fan club here! Still making those boxed things go faster I see.

So, when are we ever going to get together and have that "Motor Off" we talked about a year or two back? It would be a lot of fun.

Anyway, just saw you name and thought I would stop in and say "hey".

Take Care, and keep drinking the Nitro!

Rich I sent you mail. use the new address

HF try 16/18 46/49 w 61 mm tires to start. Use stiff clutch springs if you can get them. High clutch engagement. I am working with a guy right now to put a serpent centax in his reflex. It is going to require some chassis modifications but it should work fine. (engine mounting holes have to be enlarged and the countersinks made bigger so we can slide the engine around more.
Keep us up on the reflex project with the serpent centex, i would like to add one to my RFX i adjusted the 2speed like you posted for the rs12 and i like it a lot better just need a little higher clutch enguagement to suqirt off corners harder.
thanks

No comparison...My 4 gallon old RTU can still outrun a brand new rb 5 port, and the RTO's are much faster than the RTU's.

Hey Motorman. You mentioned a while back about using 30%-35% fuel and might be using higher. What brand do you use and have you tried the higher nitro yet?

Motorman,

I tried to email you but, my email is down. I can receive mail but, I can't send mail. Can you post prices for your RTU packages or try sending me an email? I am very interested in a Collari if they are available. Thanks in advance.

hi motor man whats the main difference between your
modded collari .12 and the nova based .12 power charactristics
over all power, efficiency and durability do you still preffer
the nova based engines or does the collari respond better
to modifications.
