Default "oh christmas tree"

They are from a strand of x-mas tree lights. I hooked up 6 lights on my alfa romeo body and poked em threw and glued them. The put 4.5 volts going to each light using a 9v battery. Worked great for our camping trip with my bud. It had head and tail light w/ the inside illuminated blue. BTW, thanx for taking time to look at my pics.

well I will have to try the chrsitmas light Idea since I have a few strands that dont work it may be a good retiring place for them. Thanks for responding. BTW is the 9V attached to the body or did you just ziptie it to the car itself?
Thanks

Yeah i ziped tied it to the under side of the roof. A 9V battery wont last long so look into a rechargable battery. The small x-mas tree lights arent made for that high of voltage(4.5volts) so it might burn out a bulb everynow and then. Youhave to wire it so each bulb gets 4.5 volts or 3. Putting 9volts to a single light will burn it out in no time.
