Default Lipo receiver packs

Wondering what is a good setup for nitro reciever packs. I've seen a few different voltage regulators and many different packs. Of coure you want the highest capacity in the smallest package, so which ones are you guys using? Thanks.

Glenn Cauley has posted an informative article about LIPO receiver packs on mytsn.com . I would suggest that you read that as well.
