Hello Val,

Can't practice on Saturday, will be busy babysitting. but beer sounded good!
Qualified Third in the sportmans class, however I was having engine trouble.
but the car was competative. missed you last week, how's the jet ski?
don't forget happy wife, happy life. and maybe she will let you race again.
I'm not sure about the Kyosho Race, it's around the time that the second location is about to open up. we'll see.

Val, Let's post our treads at team kamikaze.

I can't find my spray bottle, do you have it?

It has no EFRA/IFMAR approval number! The pipe must be EFRA/IFMAR approved and reg. with a number code. The pipe as it is may not pass because the stinger is to long or it's opening to wide... Another example is the bodies being used to race with... The Stratus 3.0 and the Mazda 6 both are EFRA/IFMAR and have the approval/reg code on the bottom of the window... Companies have to send in there motors, pipes, bodies ect and pay a fee... Skyline didn't do this... 02 This should have been posted on another thread... How many OS speed owners like there motors??? Any problems seen so far???

ROAR permits pipes that are of a certain specification so the skyline pipe is A-ok in the USA. In other parts of the world, there needs to be an approval number. A lot of pipes are recognised by this number - JP2620, novarossi 2630, etc etc. These numbers are the actual approval numbers from IFMAR, FEMCA, EFRA, etc etc.

Like Alan said, this probably belongs in some other thread.

Are you break-it in on the stand or the car itself?

it's funny though...lot's of people say that os engines tend to blow up. i have an ostr and it's been running for 4 years now. haven't change the piston/sleeve or the conrod. the engine still has good compression
