RAMS Club
Santa Clara, CA.
www.rams-rc.com
The Second Leg of the RCPro Series will be hosted by the RAMS of Northern California. Please contact Jason Baumbach for "at the race" questions [email protected]
Host City of Santa Clara has great summer weather with an average high of 87 degrees F and an average low of 58 degrees F. The record high of 100 degrees F was 9 years ago. Typical wind is light that picks up in the afternoon, but usually does not exceed 15 mph. Mornings are cool at dawn but warm up steadily. Humidity is very low, and that means that remaining hydrated is very important, drink lots of water.
AMBrc personal transponders are required. Shade, tables, and chairs must be brought with you. No AC power will be available. You will be able to hear the announcer on FM radio. It will be broadcast on frequency 88.9MHz. So it is advised to bring an FM tunable radio.

Hi Roger,
All is set. We are looking forward to a fun race. Entry forms can be aquired at Ace Hobbies or at the "fun day" race tomorrow (Sunday) at the RAMS. As always, you can sign up at the race, too. Mike Evert will be calling the races - we should have a blast - see you there.
