Hey guys
A buddy of mine has a mrx-4r he needs to put up 4sale...Its a roller with tires, battery and a pipe. He drove it a hand full of times. He basically bought it because he wanted something fast and since we dont have a 1/8th scale track near us it got old fast.
How much can he get for something like that? Thanks for the help.

Set the front body right at 12mm from the front bumper.
You can get the plastic screws from Frys electronics in the computer section.
I use these for the rear floating body mount, and also for the body stiffners.
A lot of drivers use pop rivets for the body supports, but I like the light weight plastic screws.

Has anyone else experienced losing a rear out drive bearing and the concentric adjuter? It's happened twice now. It gets rather expensive, considering it deforms the hole in the rear bulkhead, rendering it useless.....as well as ruining the rear belt.

The Frisbee is not much better either.
For the Mugen, the Central, R11, or even the new Blitz <very close to the Central>
I bet I have only seen 3 to 4 Shadow bodies being used at all of the practices, and races I go to, which is every weekend.
If you were close enough to where I run, I would let you try the Central, R11, and the Blitz and compare them to the Shadow.
You can just "play" with the Shadow, but do yourself a favor, and dont try and dive into the corners with it, because you will wind up on the outside wall without a doubt.
I must have close to 60 bodies now, and they are all either the Central,or R11,with one Shadow, and one Frisbee.

For the rear floating body mount, take the mount with you and you will be able to find the correct screw to thread into it. I dont remember the exact thread. They will fit tight, and should fit tight so they will not vibrate loose.
For the side stiffiners, they make many, many different sizes. I use a plastic scew that is about 1/8" x 1" long. The nuts for the screws are sold seperatly, so make sure you get the same threads. I have tried pop rivets, and to me they are a pain compared to these plastic screws
