AKSHUN he´s Ron Paris for sure, Mike was one of his drivers, i remember him racing picco chasis tuned by Ron.

I Also remember mike´s car ( racing with sir Paris ) was disqualified in Toluca worlds unfairly for exceeding rear width after bending some suspension part due to a crash at the end of the race, he could have bumped up but sometimes marshalls could be assholes.

For me Ron Paris is THE MAN, in terms of RC racing is GOD, and mike has been a good pupil and now a top world driver!

I used lot of stuff here in europe from paris, picco engines and picco chasis tuned parts during lot of time.

The knowledge and quality of all he did was superior. He must be now tunning wonderfull cars in great races wherever he is

Best regards

Below is a link to some of my older ramblings with a personal remembrance of Ron Paris. It includes a couple of older pictures. He was a good friend and I still find myself thinking of him when I use some skill or knowledge that he taught me.

Yes, there is no track in the world that has a long enough straight away for the gears to reach full potential, well, maybe cincy.
but still there is no significant increase in speed, just means that the engine will not be screaming as bad at the mid point of the straight away.

Wink gearing

ive tried that gearing on my car.u wont get the full potential from ure engine.one advantage is that ure engine wont run as hot due to the engine not screaming the way it could/should.our straight at the track is about 50 metres long.stock gearing works fine.mayb drop 17 to 16 for acceleration out of the corners.also u could play with ure tyre sizes.check ure gear ratio sheet supplied in the kit.cheers

There is a track in Hew Hampshire, 106 Race Park that can handle that gearing. I've never been there, but I've heard they have to let off half way down the straight and get back on again so not to strain the engine.

Default NEW LOOK for NINJA!

I think this is the new look for Ninja. There will be a R and a T version. T being the tuned version from Mario. The pic is of the offroad Falcon...same as Ninja made by GRP.

And yes, the head is magnesium.
