differences in Radios polaritys

hi guys,,could someone tell me if the charging jack on a JR radio is the same polarity config as a Hitec radio??is Futaba compatablie?

It depends a lot on which model. All recently made radios are now the same polarity (well at least the main manufacturers). Older JRs were different. What model do you have?

I assume you are talking about the charge jack on the transmitter. Futaba, hitec, and airtronics are all the same. JR (old and new) is the odd one. All new JR radio systems have a note warning you to check the polarity of any field chargers before you use them because JR's polarity is the opposite of the others.
